"Highly recommend this cleaning service. I lived at the Pavilion at North Grounds in Charlottesville while attended school. For my move-out cleaning, I selected L&T Cleaning. Kim did a fantastic job! At the outset, she made sure to review with me the areas that needed to be cleaned and once the area cleaned, ask me if I was satisfied with the job. Kim was also able to accommodate a last minute request for cleaning the kitchen, which I greatly appreciated. I received notice the morning of the cleaning a new tenant would be moving in the following week. Kim worked with me to make sure the kitchen area was ready for the new tenant.
